Explotation and Superstition

DallasNews.com | News for Dallas, Texas | Religion: "For centuries, Christianity has been primarily a white, European and North American religion. But the explosive growth of Africa and Asia, combined with the success of evangelization there, will change that forever. "
It seems to me that the trend discussed confirms the observation that Christianity is a superstitious organization that exploits the less educated. By taking advantage of the poor and suffering, the churches are able to extend their influence and power over large populations. One struggles to see occasions where the poor or suffering have become comfortable on a large scale because of the mumbling of priests or the rantings of preachers.
